The mission of the Minnesota DARE Officer’s Association is to represent DARE Officers state-wide, in an effort to promote the DARE Program, update members on DARE events and fundraisers; train and educate; and encourage officer networking, as a team effort with Minnesota DARE Inc. and the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
