The annual 2011 Conference will be held in the SUMMER.  We have decided to trade our snowsuit for our swimsuit!  The 2nd annual summer conference will be hosted by the Willmar Police Department in Willmar MN.

Location:      Holiday Inn Conference Center  Willmar, MN

Cost:            Early Bird Special $230 (thru July 1, 2011)  $260 thereafter
                                    1 day certification only: Tuesday August 9....$150 (choose Summer 2011 1 day option)
