Youth Advisory Board Representative How do I become an advisory representative? 4.4 National Student Advisor. The association will setup guidelines for this position with DARE America. The past president will be in charge of this process. The student advisor will serve a two (2) year term and may be removed if the board of directors determines that the representative is not fulfilling their obligation stated in the application process.
